A fit summer? Yes you can! Â Being fit doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the gym either. Â The goal for me has never been to make the cover of a magazine, but to be healthy, have energy to do the things I want to do, and to be a good steward of the body I have been given – it’s the only one I’ve got!
Finding Time to Exercise
During a bulk of the year when we are busy with academics and activities, it can be a challenge to find the time to exercise. Â The summer, however, is a great time to get into the habit of daily exercise. Â That habit can then continue into the fall and winter.
As I have shared before, it works best for me to work out in the morning and work out with my husband. Â We normally don’t get up quite as early in summer, but we still try to maintain our routine, even on vacation!
My husband and I got started on our fitness path with the help of the Thrive program from Fit Marriage. Â I was excited to see that included in this week’s Bundle of the Week is a book from Dustin Reichman and Tony DiLorenzo called Happy, Healthy, & Hot! – Â this is a fabulous offering.
I’m looking forward to adding these to my e-book collection and getting some inspiration. Â These 5 e-books are available for $7.40 – a great value!
