Reset Challenge

 

 Yesterday at Fit Marriage I shared our experience with the Ultimate Reset.  Still not convinced it's for you?  Here are 5 reasons why you should consider taking 21 days to reset and reboot your body:

1.  Jump Start Weight Loss - although it is not a diet program, it is a great way to get started on some healthy eating habits.  Losing just a few pounds can be a great motivator to get started on a fitness program.

#4 is a huge reason! Once you get in sync with healthy eating habits, you certainly notice when you fall off the wagon. Congrats on your success!
