I often talk about the different Beachbody programs I'm doing, or about drinking my beloved Shakeology. Here's your chance to give both of them a try! I'm excited to be able to share something I love with my much appreciated readers for FREE!

What's in the basket?
A brand new copy of Body Gospel, a fun and effective full body workout from Beachbody. Melt off the pounds and get your heart in tip-top shape, all to up-lifting gospel music.
Two samples of Shakeology, one chocolate and one tropical flavor. I'm going on almost one year of drinking Shakeology daily. I just can't say enough good things about this delicious, nutritional drink.
Also included is a small, fun, little book about the ingredients found in Shakeology. The ingredients are found all over the world.
Beachbody squishy ball, wondering what you can do with a squishy ball? All sorts of resistance type exercises. Think inner thigh and ab exercises. Who doesn't need a bit of help in those areas?!

This looks great! I'm so glad I came across this site, going through the basket giveaways. I'm currently in RCIA and will be coming in to the Catholic church at Easter. I love finding sites with other Catholic, homeschool moms so I can get ideas on how to incorporate the faith in my children's lives. I've got 3 boys, ages 3, 2, and 1 and a GIRL coming in July! I will definitely need a good way to melt off the pounds after this girl is here! I was doing great last year and had lost 19lbs before I got pregnant again. I've been working really hard to maintain my weight as much as possible, to limit my overall gain. I really hope I win this basket! Thanks so much for participating!

I'm excited for a chance to win this basket! I've heard about the fitness DVD with Christian music - now I know the name! My friends and I have been working out, but Sweatin' to the Oldies and other DVDs don't create the right atmosphere... we are the temple of the living God, and we don't want to put bad music or images of half dressed people in our minds while we are trying to maintain health in our bodies!
