Welcome to everything you wanted to know and more about homeschooling in Michigan. We have compiled the best of the best so you don’t have to spend hours researching, you can get to the fun part – actually homeschooling your children!
I know, we don’t live in Michigan anymore! Â It is a little strange for a Florida homeschooler to be posting about homeschooling in Michigan. Â But this project has been in the works for quite a long time and we started when I was living in Michigan. Â Amy and I are just now ready to share the finished project. Â This is a great resource!
A special thanks to Amy, she did a ton of work on the project while I was preoccupied with our move. Â Thanks Amy!

Thank you for sharing! We just moved to Michigan from sunny California and this is where our homeschool journey began. We are not linked up with co-ops yet as we are still trying to learn the area while navigating the new waters of homeschool. This is an excellent resource! Thank you!

SE Michigan add: There is a GREAT homeschooling partnership with Plymouth Christian Academy in the Plymouth/Canton, MI area. They employ a separate homeschooling partnership teacher that takes a class of homeschool students around the school campus to take various extracurricular classes alongside the full-time students. Think PE, art, computers, library, music, etc. Kids are actually “enrolled” and able to participate in field trips {aka school bus rides lol}, groups, and concerts available to the whole student body.

Do you have to live in the area?
