Happy St. Patrick's Day

Since it is such a nice day, the temp should reach almost 70 degrees, we are heading to the zoo. In honor of St. Patrick's Day we are also going to have corned beef and cabbage for dinner and maybe even Shamrock Shakes for dessert! Should be a fun feast day.

Cardinal Sighting!

Today we spent quite a while watching a male cardinal at our bird feeders. His bright red feathers really stood out against all the brown grass and trees. Jonah was the one to spot him. Over the weekend we filled the feeders with the sunflower seeds that are supposed to attract cardinals and sure enough it did!
